In my opinion, a reasonable argument can be made why the year should have a standalone article, and a reasonable argument can be made why the year should not have a standalone article. Whether there should be a standalone article should be discussed at Talk:2030s and resolved by rough consensus. If there is no consensus, a split discussion can be held. Edit-warring is not the way to resolve this question, and neither I nor any other reviewer should make the decision unilaterally.
