Abdulateef Alhajwel (born 20 July 1990, in Basra Governorate) is an Iraqi journalist and columnist for Al Jazeera[1] and the London-based Al Arab newspaper.[1][2]
Career
editAlhajwel began his journalistic career in 2018, writing articles for the London-based Al Arab newspaper.[3] During this period, he gained attention for his insightful political analyses.[4]
Positions and responsibilities
editSince 2018, Alhajwel has held the position of news editor at the London-based[5] newspaper "Britain in Arabic,"[6] overseeing the publication of political articles and analyses. He also served as a foreign affairs advisor for the Organization[7] of the Oppressed in London, which added a diplomatic and humanitarian dimension to his professional experience.[3]
