Adnan Dhool (Urdu: عدنان دھول) is a Pakistani singer, songwriter, and composer from Lahore, Pakistan. He is the former lead vocalist and founder of Pakistani Sufi rock band Soch.[1]

Musical career
editAdnan Dhool started his musical career as a lead vocalist with his band Soch in 2010. The guitarist Rabi Ahmad joined Soch in 2011. The band released several popular tracks, including "Awari", "Bol Hu" and "Bandeya".[2]
Nescafe Basement
editIn 2012, his songs "Uth Jawana" and "Awari" Soch were released in the first season of a Pakistani music platform Nescafe Basement where Xulfi was the music producer. His another song "Bol Hu" was released in 2019 in Season 5 of Nescafe Basement.
Bollywood
editAdnan Dhool made his Bollywood debut in 2014. His Nescafe Basement single "Awari" was included in the Bollywood movie Ek Villain in 2014.[3][4]
His another track "Bol Hu" from Nescafe Basement was included in the 2020 Bollywood film Malang[5][6] as "Ho Ja Mast Malang Tu"[1].
Coke Studio
editAdnan Dhool with his band Soch made his debut in season 14 of Coke Studio,[7] and their song, "Neray Neray Vas", a collaboration with Butt Brothers, was released on 1 February 2022.[8][9] The track has over 15 million views on YouTube.[10]
He served as Associate Music Producer in Coke Studio season 14. He also wrote the first track of Coke Studio season 14 "Tu Jhoom" sung by Abida Parveen.[11]
Solo career
editHe started working as solo artist and released his first single "Pardes Katenda" to pay tribute to the struggles of people who work far away from their homes.[1][12] "Pardes Katenda" gained widespread popularity with over 20 million views on YouTube.[13]
His latest releases are "Hik Kursi", "Shatir", "Jannab Dey".
