Airy is the host of a fictional gameshow called ONE. ONE is a style of animation classified as an object show, and the reason the genre is called “object show” is because the characters are objects. When we first see airy in ONE 17, he is revealed to be a kerosene lantern, and 1/3 of his face has been shattered. The explanation for their unfortunate shattered face is shown back in ONE 8, where airy slips on a vine and hits his face on the hard, rocky ground, smashing it, but not bad enough to kill airy. Airy had an unknown appearance until ONE 4, when he eliminated abstracty. Just before they were eliminated, abstracty started forming into a lamp like figure, which was foreshadowing the appearance of airy themselves.
