Alvares Mariya Alexandrovna (Almarie) born on March 14, 1994, in Kemerovo, Russia. Musician, composer, and poet. Works in various musical directions: pop, r&b, deep house, new age. [1] Maria has been involved in music and vocals since childhood. In 2017, she became a laureate of the international competition "Star Project." [2] In 2020-2021, she was awarded the Fet Medal and the Bunin Medal – public awards for her contribution to the development of contemporary Russian literature. [3] She embarked on her musical career in 2021, gaining widespread recognition following the release of her album "When You're Near" in August 2021. Since 2022, Maria has ranked among the top 100 musicians globally (in the PromoDj ratings). [4] [5] [6] In May 2023, she released the track "Weightlessness," which premiered on Radio Record. In November 2023, the album "When You're Near" achieved Platinum status, with the track "Holding out for love". The single "alone" was released in August 2023, and by November 2023, it had earned Gold status. In 2024, the singles "I find you" and "Come back" were presented on Radio Record. In 2024, Maria's audience comprises several million listeners worldwide. [7]
