Amirreza Tayebi (born October 5, 1992) is a contemporary historian, author, and political commentator[1] with Franco-British nationality and Persian heritage.
Early Life and Education
editTayebi grew up with a blend of Franco-British influences, enriched by his Persian heritage, which has contributed to his unique perspective on global politics and history. He went on to study politics and international relations, fields that would later become the focus of his academic and professional life.
Career
editIn 2018 Tayebi stood as one of Advance Together (Advance), a British political party, candidates in the local election.[2]
Drawing on his interest for politics, Tayebi created and hosted the "Casual Politics"[3][4] interview series, where he engages in thought-provoking conversations with influential people across various industries. The series, which can be found on YouTube, explores political and historical topics in an accessible, informal format.
Publications
editAmong his notable works is the book "A Very British Revolution"[5] [6], in which Tayebi examines the political upheavals that have shaped modern Britain. The book is praised for its clarity and ability to make historical analysis accessible to a broad readership, blending rigorous research with engaging storytelling.
