Andrew Benin is an American businessman who is the CEO of Graza,[1][2] a Spanish olive oil processing company that he co-founded in 2021.[3]
Education
editHe graduated from the School of Management at Binghamton University in 2013.[4]
Business career
editIn 2021, while living in Cádiz, Spain, Benin founded Graza, an olive oil startup known for its bold graphic designs on bottles.[5] He originally curated products with Michael Anthony, the executive chef of Gramercy Tavern. That year, the company raised $2.8 million in venture capital funding.[6]
In 2023, Benin accused Brightland, a similar startup, of copying his company Graza's bottle design.[7] Fast Company described this as an "explosive post on LinkedIn."[6] Within 24 hours, he publicly apologized.[8]
