- Comment: The subject needs more independent reliable sources which gives in-depth covarage of the subject, the Financial Express article’s main subject is MSME, not the person. Ashutosh Niranjan is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.[1][2] and currently serving as the Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.[3][4] He is a 2010-batch IAS officer.[5]
