Bare Selection is a Canadian independent record label founded in 2018 by Freeza Chin and Jayemkayem, and is currently headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Artists with releases on the label include Tre Mission[1], Flowdan[2] and Manga Saint Hilare[3].

History
editBare Selection was founded by producer, DJ and audio engineer Freeza Chin. After many years of involvement with London's grime scene, including collaborations with pioneering artists like Wiley[4], Freeza decided to start his own label as a way to platform artists from both London and Toronto[5], and create further opportunities for collaboration between artists from both places[6]. DJ and music producer Jayemkayem later came on board as a co-founder of the label. The first release on the label was a three-track instrumental EP, BARE 001, by Tre Mission, a longtime collaborator of Freeza. BARE001 was release on November 12, 2018.[6]
