Betalbatim Village Betalbatim village Consist of 7 Wards Binvaddo,Ranvaddo,Nagvaddo,Thonvaddo,Pockvaddo, chawl and Gonsua. Betalbatim is a sizable village situated in the Salcete Taluka of the South Goa district, Goa, India. As of the 2011 Census, it is home to a total of 945 families. The population of Betalbatim amounts to 3,551 individuals, comprising 1,703 males and 1,848 females.
Among the populace, there are 356 children in the age group of 0-6 years, constituting approximately 10.03% of the village's total population. The village exhibits an average Sex Ratio of 1085, surpassing the state average of 973, indicating a favorable gender distribution. However, the Child Sex Ratio in Betalbatim, recorded at 864, falls below the Goa average of 942, suggesting a concerning trend in gender parity within the younger demographic.
