Better Me Than You is the sixth studio album by American rapper Big Sean. It was released on August 30, 2024, through Def Jam Recordings and FF to Def Entertainment. It features notable guest appearances by Bryson Tiller, Cash Cobain, Charlie Wilson, DJ Premier, Ellie Goulding, Gunna, Kodak Black, Larry June and Teyana Taylor. The production on the album was handled by Sean's frequent collaborator Key Wane, alongside a variety of record producers such as Amaire Johnson, Bnyx, DJ Khalil, Hit-Boy, The Alchemist and WondaGurl, among others.
Background
editOn March 22, 2024, Big Sean released the first single of the album entitled Precision.[1]
On July 18, 2024, he announced that the album would be released on August 9 and released the second single of the album entitled Yes.[2]
On August 2, 2024, he released the third single of the album entitled On Up.[3]
On August 16, 2024, he released the fourth single of the album entitled Together Forever in collaboration with The Alchemist.[4]
On August 30, 2024, he released the fifth single of the album entitled Who You Are (Superstar).[5]
