Avrahami founded Newdeal in Israel and led the development of its CRM platform, a customer-service application combining telephony, ticketing, logistics, and reporting.[1] In a 2004 feature in the Globes annual Call Centers supplement, Avrahami argued that the central limitation of contemporary customer-service technology was its product- and device-orientation rather than a focus on the customer, producing fragmented service context and slower response.[1] Newdeal CRM was deployed by Israeli enterprises including Tadiran-Ampa, whose 2003 first-place ranking in a nationwide Geocartography Institute service survey was attributed in part to its use of the platform.[2]
