Brian Lee Smith (born September 6, 1975) is an American drummer best known for his work with heavy metal band Hemlock.
In 2016, Smith, along with fellow band members, received a Faygoluvers Music Award for Best Metal Album of the Year for Mouth of the Swine.
In 2023, Smith toured with Hemlock on their Dirty 30 Tour, commemorating 30 years together.
