Carolina Botero Cabrera is the executive director of the Colombia-based Karisma Foundation.
She has a MA in international law and cooperation from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a MA in business and contract law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.[1]
In September 2024, she received the EFF Pioneer Award for her work in "Fostering Digital Human Rights in Latin America".[2]
