Chicago Steak Company is an American retailer of steaks and seafood, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The company sells premium Angus beef.^[1]^[2]

Overview

Chicago Steak Company was founded in 2007 as a steak and seafood retailer. It provides consumer access to USDA Prime meats through its online store.^[3]^[4]

A report by the U.S. Dry Aging Beef Market listed Chicago Steak Company as a key player in the dry-aging beef industry.^[5]^[6]

In 2015, Chicago Steak Company won a People's Choice Award for Best Steak in the Great Steak Debate.^[7]^[8]
