Code: Faust Game (Korean: 코드: 파우스트 게임) is an upcoming South Korean television series written by Yang Hyun-ah, Kim Gun-woo, and Kim Hyung-jun, directed by Yoo Soo-min, and starring Nam Joo-hyuk. Based on the 2016 Taiwanese drama Code by Shao Hui Ting and Tu Fang Hsiang, it explores the dark consequences of a wish-granting mobile application.

The series is based on the Taiwanese drama Code (Chinese: Code浮士德遊戲; lit. 'Code Faust Game') by Shao Hui Ting and Tu Fang Hsiang, which aired two seasons in 2016 and 2019. Penned by a writing team consisting of Yang Hyun-ah, Kim Gun-woo, and Kim Hyung-jun, and Yoo Soo-min would helm the project, marking his follow-up to the hit Weak Hero series (2022–2025).[1]

Casting

In January 2026, SPOTV News reported that Nam Joo-hyuk was in talk to play the lead role and positively reviewing it.[1] Four months later, OSEN reported Lee E-dam in her first leading role opposite of Nam.[2]
