The unified field theory first appeared in the study of quantum physics in 1831 and was then brought to more public awareness by Albert Einstein in 1915. Quantum physics attempts to understand the fundamental core of things. The unified field theory assumes that everything in the multiverse comes from one unified source or field, out of a "dynamic ocean of consciousness" in the core of all things. It is based on the uncertainty principle, which holds that elements of nature become exponentially more energetic and dynamic the deeper one analyses them on space-time scales (from electron to atom to quark). Just as those elements, intelligence and consciousness were found to be more concentrated at fundamental scales. In other words, when we look upon quarks (the smallest-known energetic element of all matter) we see that those elements have a sense of consciousness and intelligence. It can therefore be concluded that the unified field, the source of all things is conscious and intelligent. Out of this “ocean of consciousness” emerge waves, so called superstrings that are connected to the unified field. These waves can also be imagined as strings on a guitar which vibrate. Depending on their vibrational tone, they create different sounds, different core elements such as electrons, photons, or quarks and thereby give way for the creation and dissolution of endless universes and for all conscious living beings within them. Thus, if every atom, every quark that we are made of is conscious, the claim that “I am consciousness” does not seem to be so unlikely after all. Proof for that claim and the theory behind may be found in following experiments: In 1960 Maharishi, the Indian Guru and founder of the transcendental meditation (TM) predicted that one percent of a population practising TM would result in measurable improvements in quality of life for the whole population. In order to test this prediction a study analysed crime rates in 160 U.S. cities and found a decrease in the 80 cities where one percent of the population practised TM in comparison to 80 control cities. In addition to reduced crime rates the data clearly indicates significant and positive changes across a wide range of standard sociological indicators including, automobile fatalities, suicides, infectious diseases, and increased economic productivity. In order to exclude alternative explanations, multiple follow-up studies with alternative design, control, and analysis techniques were constructed which found the same results. One final study on the Super-Radiance effect was conducted with the one percent of Israel`s population and resulted in significantly less war deaths in addition to the before mentioned results. These results do not only give proof to the efficiency of meditation in making this world a better place, but they also give evidence for the unified field theory and the claim “I am consciousness”. For it seems only possible for an individual to alter the consciousness of themselves and that of other individuals through meditation, if there is an energetic connection between all living beings, an energetic connection which is consciousness itself.[1]
