Constance LaVonne Messmer (born January 31, 1964) is an American podcast host, YouTube
personality, motivational speaker, educator, and author. She is known for her work in psychic
development and human potential.
Early life and education
editThe youngest of four children, Messmer was born on January 31, 1964, in Davenport, Iowa. She
grew up in Moline, Illinois, where her parents, Charles Lawrence Messmer and Mary Jo (Gluba)
Messmer, had her baptized in the Catholic Church.
Messmer completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at the University of Iowa in 1988.
Career
editMessmer works with the senses of the soul, energy awareness, spirit communication, animal
communication, methods of soul interactions, and human potential.
Since 1996, she has worked in the field as a psychic, medium, channel, Reike Master and
Teacher, Bowen Therapist, Equine Muscle Release Therapist, author, metaphysical teacher,
consultant, and lecturer locally and internationally.
Public Speaking
editOn March 31, 2000, she gave a talk on Holistic Health – Body, Mind, and Spirit at the Bowtech®
International Conference in Queensland, Australia.
Messmer’s lectures and teachings have appeared on the Constance Messmer YouTube channel ,
established on August 12, 2012. Her talk on “ClairAudience,” which premiered on March 5,
2024, launched her YouTube presence.
Writing
editMessmer authored Some Dogs Talk, a book on telepathic and animal communication (first print
edition 2015), which, in October 2015, was selected as a “must-read” in the winter 2015/2016
