D. Nick Caporale (born September 13, 1928) was a justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court. He was appointed on August 5, 1998, to replace retiring Judge Caporale, and served thereafted until his retirement in 1998.
Born in Omaha, Nebraska, to Michele and Lucia Caporale, he received a B.S. from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 1949, and an M.S. from the same institution in 1954. He received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1957.
