History
editIn 1984, DAEIL SYSTEMS was founded as DAEIL Machinery and renamed DAEIL SYSTEMS in 1988.[1]
In 1989, after DAEIL succeeded in producing the first domestic Vibration Isolation System in Korea, it changed into a specialized manufacturer of Vibration Isolation Systems.
In March 1993, DAEIL succeeded in producing an optic table.
In 2000, DAEIL SYSTEMS relocated the headquarters and factory to Yongin and was designated as a Military exemption company.[2]
In 2007, DAEIL succeeded in producing the first domestic Active Vibration Isolation System.
In 2023, DAEIL was awarded the ‘Tower of Export’ with $5 million on the 60th Trade Day.[3]
Products
editI. Active Vibration Isolation System
- DVIA-T : A table-like active vibration isolation system with automatic horizontal control for user efficiency.
- DIVA-M : A built-in active isolator installed in the machine showing high performances in reducing and attenuating low-frequency vibrations.
- DVIA-ML : A low-profile Active vibration isolation system utilized for electron microscopes. DVIA-ML shows high vibration isolation performance in low-frequency vibration bandwidth.
- DVIA-MB : An Active isolation system developed for every model of electron microscopes. Comes in a multi-purpose based pneumatic style.
- DVIA-MO : A model with Active vibration isolation system installed to present passive optical tables. Shows high performance in low-frequency vibration bandwidth.
- DVIA-U : A modular Active vibration isolation system which can be installed according to the apparatus’ weight and size.
- DVIA-UD : A desk-like user convenience vibration isolation system where the user can sit down on a chair and utilize it.
- DVIA-UB : A spring type Active vibration isolation system suitable for heavy and a high center of gravity apparatus.
- DVIA-P : A pneumatic, servomechanism Active vibration system showing high performance in stage stabling and controlling low-frequency vibration bandwidth. Suitable for ultra-precision machines such as treating semiconductors or displays.
II. Optical Table
- DIVO-B: Consisted with optical surface plates, bread boards, and honeycomb structure with hexagon-shaped steel core and lamination layer. Strengthened core density results in great stiffness both in static and kinetic occasions.
- DBIO-S: Support
- Pneumatic Support(Tie-Bars & Casters) : A pneumatic support which minimizes the eigenfrequency so that the ground vibration does not be transferred to instruments set on the optical table. A supportive form with welded frames and castors resulting in easy movements.
- Rigid Support(Tie-Bars & Casters) : A rigid support for optical experiments with less sensitivity. A supportive form with welded frames and castors resulting in easy movements.
- Self-Standing Type : A pneumatic support which minimizes the eigenfrequency so that the ground vibration does not be transferred to instruments set on the optical table. An independent type of support forms.
III. Vibration Isolation Workstation
- DVID-L: A Lab Workstation designed ergonomically to provide comfortable experiment environments to the user.
- DVID-C: A Cleanroom Workstation designed to utilize inside a high quality clean room.
- DVID-H: An Optical Workstation designed ergonomically with a M6 tab surface.
- DVID-T: A Tabletop Workstation designed for small and light-weighted measuring instruments.
IV. Low-Profile Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Platform
- DVIP-C: A cradle-like pneumatic vibration isolation system for apparatuses with a high center of gravity.
- DVIP-B: A base pneumatic vibration isolation system suitable for heavy apparatuses.
V. Pneumatic Vibration Isolators
- DVIM-G: A pneumatic Isolator with highest performance in passive vibration isolation system due to having the lowest eigenfrequency.
- DVIM-M: A pneumatic Isolator of a standard membrane model.
- DVIM-F: A highly efficient pneumatic air-spring Isolator of multi-purpose.
VI. Vibration Isolated Foundation
- DVIF: A Vibration Isolated Foundation installed in semiconductors and displays manufacturing lines to separate it from the access floor, thus bringing the highest performance of vibration-sensitive apparatuses.
VII: Acoustic Enclosures
- DAE Series: A Tabletop Acoustic Enclosure suitable to utilize for instruments highly sensitive to acoustic noises.
- DSE Series: A EM Acoustic ENclosure specially designed for SEMs.
