Daniel Paasch is a German coach and writer.[1][2][3] He is the founder of the Integrative Potential Development (IPE) program.[4][5]
Career
editPaasch founded the Integrative Potential Development (IPE) program in 2006.[4][6] He currently holds a position at GNIPE - Society for Applied Neuroscience and Integrative Development of Potential.[7]
Paasch's methods include techniques for overcoming mental obstacles and approaches for fostering potential development, dream trips and role-playing against stress, anxiety, and burnout.[8]
One of the exercises he uses involves guiding eyes from right to left and left to right with two fingers which can help resolve learning blocks.[8][9] He has created several programs under the IPE framework, including senior, adult parent and family coaching, student coaching, and sports spirit modules.[7][1] He has also developed the IMAL rapid learning module and the RIT reflex integration training.[7]
Paasch has also introduced training techniques such as systemic inner dialogue constellations and metaphorical structures for didactics which can enhance learning experience.[7]
