Danny Tan Chee Sing (born February 1952) or Danny is a Malaysian entrepreneur and the founder of Tropicana Corporation Berhad, a property development company, from Batu Pahat, Johor. After establishing Tropicana in 1979, he was one of the key personnel that listed the company to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 1992. After retiring from Tropicana's day-to-day operation in 2015, he rejoined the company as group executive vice chairman in 2019. Danny is also the brother of Vincent Tan, the founder of Berjaya Corporation.[1][2][3][4]
