Darwin Gray is a Welsh law firm with offices in Cardiff and Bangor. It was founded in 2002. It is registered with the Law Society of England and Wales.[1]
In June 2017, the firm became the first law firm in Wales to be accredited for paying the Living Wage Foundation's living wage.[2]
In 2022, the firm marked its 20th anniversary by opening a second office in Bangor, North Wales.[3] The firm was also recognised in The Legal 500 legal directory.[4]
Also in 2022, the firm won both 'Overall Team of the Year' and 'Employment Team of the Year' at the Wales Legal Awards 2022.[5] In the same year, the firm was listed by The Times in its Best Law Firms Guide.[6][7]
In 2023, the firm won 'Real Estate Team of the Year' and 'Employment Team of the Year' at the Wales Legal Awards 2023.[8][9] In the same year, the firm was shortlisted in the Insider Wales Dealmakers Awards 2023.[10]
In 2024, the firm announced that it was doubling the size of its office in Cardiff to accommodate its growth.[11][12][13]
The firm is a full-service commercial law firm, meaning it offers legal services to businesses, charities, organisations and individuals across areas such as commercial disputes, company / corporate law, employment law and HR, commercial property, insolvency, commercial contracts, and wills and probate.[14]
