Charlie Guzman (born June 11, 1985), better known as Dashie is an American YouTuber, comedian, and gamer known for his energetic Let's Plays on his YouTube channel. Guzman joined YouTube in 2006, before taking off on his main channel in 2011.
Early life
[edit]Guzman was born on June 11, 1985 in the Dominican Republic. Charlie later moved to the United States in Florida with his parents at age 8, spending his formative years there.
Internet career
[edit]Guzman started his YouTube channel in 2006, before taking off in 2010 from popularity, mainly stemming from his comedic skits which boosted his career. In 2011, Guzman started the DashieGames channel, pivoting towards a more focused video game playthrough content style.
Guzman took off on his new channel in 2013, playing popular video games at the time like Super Mario Maker, Grand Theft Auto V, and various horror game playthroughs.
Guzman would often collaborate with other content creators as a guest on his YouTube videos or guest starring in others channels like CoryxKenshin or Lamarr Wilson.
