Dave Rutledge is a Canadian truck puller and a co-founder of the Good Times Truck Pullers Association.[1]

Truck pulling career
editRutledge initially entered the truck pulling competition with his Hot Stock 4x4 truck "Gin and Juice", entering into the SWOTPA and OTTPA associations.
In 2017, Rutledge had built the "Mister Twister" truck, and within the first year had won over 50% of the competitions entered.[2][3] He finished top of SWOTPA's 6200lb Super Modified 4WD class that year.[2]
In 2018 and 2019, Dave had again finished top of his class in SWOTPA.[4][5]
On November 26th 2021[6], Matt Marsh, a friend of Dave and a fellow truck puller, founded the Good Times Truck Pullers Association.
During the COVID pandemic lockdowns, Dave had also built a truck by the name of "Lockdown" for the Nostalgic 2WD class.
In the 2022 season with Good Times, Dave finished the season in third place with Lockdown, and first place with Mister Twister.[7]
Personal life
editDave has one daughter and a son; Nicole and Ben.
