Dr. Davji Bhimji Atellah is a Kenyan physician, clinical pharmacist, medical leader, and trade unionist. He serves as the Secretary-General of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU), the national trade union representing medical practitioners, pharmacists, and dentists in Kenya. He is recognized for his leadership in advocating for healthcare workers' rights, health sector reforms, and improvements in working conditions for medical professionals.

Background Dr Davji Atellah was born on 16 February 1989, Nairobi, Kenya. He attended primary schools in Nairobi and Homa Bay counties and high school at St. Joseph Rapogi in Migori county before attending the University of Nairobi where he obtained a bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Career Dr. Atellah has held leadership positions within KMPDU, where he has represented doctors in negotiations with the Government of Kenya, county governments, and other stakeholders on matters relating to remuneration, employment conditions, medical training, and public healthcare policy. As Secretary-General of KMPDU, he has led national campaigns addressing employment of medical interns, implementation of collective bargaining agreements, increased investment in Kenya's public healthcare system

During the nationwide doctors' industrial action in 2024, Dr. Atellah emerged as one of the leading spokespersons for the union.
