Ronald Derek Keep Edwards (born 22 Novemember 1934) served as a Sheriff of the City of London from 1989 until 1990.[1]

Educated at Winchester College, Edwards was commissioned in the 1st King's Dragoon Guards and later the Inns of Court Regiment, Territorial Army. His involvement in the City of London started in 1959 when he became a Member of the London Stock Exchange having joined his family company R. Edwards Chandler & Co (founded 1817). He was a senior partner at R Edwards, Chandler & Co from 1965-69; Brewin Dolphin 1969-1980; Director of international corporate finance at Cobbold Roach from 1980-1987; a consultant for Rathbones from 1991-1998, and a consultant for J Rothschild & St. James's Place plc from 1998 until 2015.
