Drinks In The Seats was created in 2017 for the Miller Park in-seat beer vendors[1] who get paid on commission and tips as an attempt to eliminate most of the competition from nearby concession stands at the Milwaukee Major League Baseball stadium.[2] It has played an advisory role regarding the financial impact of beer vending jobs and was vocal during the time of the coronavirus restrictions where in-seat beer vending jobs returned to American Family Field (formerly Miller Park) on June 25, 2021.[3][4] The political action committee also makes political endorsements mainly in Milwaukee, Wisconsin elections.
