Dunsin Oyekan (born November 5, 1984) is a Nigeria Gospel artist, songwriter and music producer generally known for his songs "Imole De", "I Proclaim", "Breathe", "No Me Without You" and "Yah".[1][2] His song "Yah" was nominated for Best Inspirational Single category at Headies Award 2022.[3] He is one of the headliner for a christian music concert in Nigeria called The Experience and has ministered alongside singers like Naomi Raine, Donnie McClurkin, Travis Greene, Nathaniel Bassey and others.[4]
Early Life
editOyekan hails from Ilorin, kwara State, Nigeria. His father's name is Gbadebo Oyekan, a clergy and the General Overseer of Evangelical Baptist Church. Oyekan began playing the guitar at the age of 10 and his family encouraged his music. Dunsin graduated from University of Ilorin, Kwara State in the year 2014, studied Industrial Chemistry.[5]
