Eldor Tulyakov earned his Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Law in 2008 from the Westminster International University in Tashkent.[1] He furthered his education at the Institute for Law and Finance at the University of Frankfurt, Germany, obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Finance in 2011.[2] During his time in Germany, Tulyakov gained practical experience through internships at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Beiten Burkhardt Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt.
Professional Career
Eldor Tulyakov began his professional career in 2005 as a Court Secretary at the Tashkent City Court on Criminal Matters. In this role, he held various positions related to criminal and civil cases, gaining valuable insights into the judicial process. These early experiences laid the foundation for his later contributions to legal reforms in Uzbekistan.
Academic Contributions
From 2012 to 2014, Tulyakov served as a Senior Lecturer on English Business Law at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent. He also lectured on Constitutional Law at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy from 2016 to 2018.[3]
