The Enerbox^[1] (officially Enerbox Pais Hadera) is a multi-purpose indoor sports arena located in Hadera, Israel. The venue officially opened in February 2020 and quickly became the primary indoor sports facility serving the Hadera area and the wider Sharon region.

The arena is part of a broader effort to expand quality sporting infrastructure across Israel beyond the major metropolitan centers of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Facilities

The arena seats up to 2,600 spectators and is configured as a fully indoor venue suitable for a range of sporting and non-sporting events. Its flexible floor layout allows the space to be adapted for basketball, volleyball, and large-scale public gatherings such as robotics competitions and other exhibitions.

Sports & tenants

The arena's primary tenant is Maccabi Hadera women's volleyball club, which plays in the Israeli Premier League and has used the Enerbox as its home ground since the venue's opening. The club has hosted both domestic league matches and international qualification matches at the venue.

The arena also regularly hosts basketball events. In 2022, it hosted the Winner Basket Cup, the official Israeli Basketball Premier League pre-season tournament — a significant milestone for a relatively new venue.

Notable events

Since its opening, the Enerbox has hosted a number of notable events:

2022 Winner Basket Cup — Israeli Basketball League pre-season tournament.
2023 CEV European Championship Volleyball Qualification — Group A matches featuring the Israeli national women's volleyball team against Croatia, the Faroe Islands, and Romania.
FIRST Israel Robotics District Events — The arena has hosted the FIRST Israel District Championships (2025, 2026), a major regional robotics competition for high school students.

Location

The Enerbox is located at coordinates 32°25′52″N, 34°55′36″E in Hadera, a city in the Haifa District of Israel, situated in the northern Sharon plain, roughly 45 km from both Tel Aviv and Haifa.
