Fall in! Love (Korean: 각잡힌 로맨스) is an upcoming South Korean television series written by Yoo Hee-kyung and directed by Nam Sung-woo. It follows the reversal of a relationship between a startup CEO and his former military superior who joins his company as a subordinate. It is scheduled for release on Netflix.
Synopsis
[edit]An office romance drama about two people who once had a bad relationship, now as superior and subordinate, and their tumultuous relationship that unfolds as they clash.

Production

[edit]In November 2025, it was reported that production company Big Ocean ENM had begun development on the series under the working title A Proper Romance.[4] The series is written by Yoo Hee-kyung, who previously penned The Fabulous, and directed by Nam Sung-woo, known for his work on romantic comedies like My Roommate Is a Gumiho and Love in Contract.[2]
Casting
[edit]On November 12, 2025, it was announced that Park Hyung-sik was cast in the lead role of Na Jeong-seok, marking his return to the romantic comedy genre as a "chaebol" CEO.[1] Shortly after, Park Gyu-young was confirmed to play the female lead, Dok Sae, a former military superior to Park's character.[2]
