Frances Buontempo lives in the United Kingdom. She edits ACCU_(organisation)'s Overload_(magazine)[1] and has written two books, "Genetic Algorithms and Machine Learning for Programmers" and "Learn C++ by Example".
She has given keynote addresses, workshops and talks at a number of technical conferences, including ACCU, MeetingCpp and the OOP Konference.
