Cyril Francis Coley officer? British? and filmmaker. He made films in South Africa.

C. Francis Coley - ESAT

He was of Chairman Union Film Productions.[1] He founded the company in Johannesburg in 1939.[2][3] He produced Unifilm News newsreelsdistributed on the Twentieth Century Fox circuit and made several documentary shorts.[3] The business then moved into lab work as VOBI (Volksbioskope)?[4]
