About
editAn article on the news website Them, describes GazaFunds as "a website that connects people who want to monetarily support Palestinians to active crowdfunding efforts from families in Gaza".[1]
Every time the main page of the website is visited, a different GoFundMe campaign is shown. The website also has a list of all domains that are in need of funding. The campaigns on the website are intended to help out residents of Gaza who have been disrupted by the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.
Gazafund's about page describes its contributors as "...a global team of (mostly) Arab and Palestinian engineers, students, writers, and academics..."[2], although no specific people are named.
