Gene Tomas High School[1] is a secondary school located in unincorporated Fort Bend County, Texas, United States, north of Rosenberg. The School is still being built and is predicted to open in June 2025.

Tomas HS is estimated to cost around $220,000,000 

[[Construction Page]] Construction on the school began on 8/2/2023. It will include 3 gymnasiums, locker rooms, cafeteria, library, 850 seat auditorium, classrooms for 2,500 students, and vocational classrooms.

=School History

The school was named after Tomas, who served as principal of Foster High School for the past 15 years .The school is part of the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. It will be opening its doors in June 2025, with the intent of relieving the student population at nearby John and Randolph Foster High School and Briscoe Junior High.

The school is still being built so little to no info about the school but mascots and colors have been released
