Glenn Paul Jenkins (born: 7 December 1943) is a Canadian economist and academic. He is the director of the John Deutsch International Program on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis. He has advised a number of governments in regards to tax policy and served as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Tax Policy and Legislation in the Department of Finance of Canadian Government between 1981-1984. He has published a number of articles in the fields of public finance, investment appraisal and economic development.
