Graeme Stewart Millar CBE was a Scottish business man. In the 2006 New Year Honours list, Millar was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) "for services to consumer in Scotland"[1] for his work as Chairman of the Scottish Consumer Council.
