Winter is the season where people prefer making healthy food items, and it is fun to cook and eat dishes with spices that are beneficial to the body in different ways. Today, we are going to make a Gujarati sweet from Gundar (gond) which will be helpful for our bones. You can prepare this sweet at least twice a month. So let’s have a step-by-step tutorial that will help you learn the Gundar Pak Banavani Recipe in Gujarati and make Gundar Pak easily at home.
Here are the Ingredients: Gundar Pak Banavani Recipe
edit- Wheat Flour – 100 Gms
- Goond – 100 Gms
- Jaggery – 100 Gms
- Dryfruit – 4 Tsp
- Ginger & Ganthola Powder – 2 Tsp
- Desi Ghee / Cow Ghee – 150 Gms
- Grated Coconut – 100 Gms
- Khas Khas – 1/2 Tsp
Important Instructions:
- Add gond in a mixture jar and grind it into a fine powder.
- Add 1 tsp ghee and gond powder in a pan.
- Roast on low flame till it is slightly crisp and turns golden brown.
- Then lower the gas flame, add dryfruit powder along with ganthola, grated coconut, and ginger powder into the pan.
- Ensure that you Mix it well for around 5-10 minutes.
- Now you can remove the pan from the gas, then add jaggery into the mixture, and again mix it well.
- Once everything is done you may Grease a plate with ghee.
- Set the Gundar Pak mixture into the greased thali and spread it evenly.
- Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut the Gundar Pak mixture into pieces.
- Your Gundar Pak Recipe is now ready to serve.
