Hacks.icu was an Internet forum dedicated to discussions related to hacker culture and computer security, it was created sometime between 2018-2019 and at its peak boasted some 100k+ users with thousands of hacking tutorials, there was also a marketplace where users could buy and sell various products related to hacking, other than that little is known about the community itself however, due to the nature of it the activities the users were likely involved in.
One day in late 2019 the domain was seized in a joint effort from European cyber crime agencies and a seizure notice was shown to anyone visiting the site, there was a final post from the administrator @HacksICU on then twitter explaining some of their reasons for closing the site but there were rumours that they had exited with millions of bitcoin and simply decided to cash out and close down the site.
