Harvey Tomlinson (born 17 May 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder most recently for EFL League Two club Grimsby Town.
Youth Career

editTomlinson was part of the youth setup at Scunthorpe United before a move to Grimsby Town.
Grimsby Town
editTomlinson joined Grimsby Town at Under-13 level and regularly played for teams in higher age brackets whilst also playing for the Reserve team on occasion.
Senior Career

editFor the 2021/22 season, Tomlinson was named in the first-team squad for Grimsby whilst also playing for the reserves and youth teams before signing his first professional contract in April 2022 where it was announced by the club that he was one of four graduates from the youth team to sign their first contracts.[1]
In October 2022, Tomlinson joined fellow teammate Jamie Bramwell at Whitby Town on a short-term loan deal [2] before joining Cleethorpes Town on loan [3] where he linked up with former Grimsby player Nathan Arnold who was the newly appointed manager of The Owls.
In August 2023, it was announced that Tomlinson would join Grimsby's neighbouring team, Grimsby Borough on loan until January 2024.
At the end of the 2023/24 season, Tomlinson was released by Grimsby at the end of his contract.[4]
Personal life
editTomlinson attended Healing School in Healing, 3 miles west of Grimsby.[1]
