Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Hotel101 Global
editHotel101 Global Pte. Ltd. is a multinational mid-market segment hotel chain. The Singapore-registered company is the hotel expansion subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation, a Philippine-based development company owned by Edgar Sia and Tony Tan Caktiong.[1]
Its hotels operate with a condotel business model where investors can purchase room ownership, and the company builds, operates, and manages the hotels.[2][3]
As of 2024, the brand manages two operating properties in the Philippines while nine more are being built.[1] Three overseas projects are also underway, namely in Japan, Spain, and United States.[4][5][6]
The company is led by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hannah Yulo-Luccini, with Chief Development Officer (CDO) Catherine Chan overseeing global expansion projects.[7] Hotel101 Global is headquartered in Singapore, in CapitaLand’s PLUS Building. [8][9][10]
Room Design and Investment Model
editStandardized Guest Rooms
editHotel101 Global features only one room type across its properties. The hotel is designed to align with 3-star hotel standards, so each room has a private bathroom, television, work desk, and air conditioning. [11] The rooms measures 21 square meters and is furnished with a queen bed and a single bed. Rooms also contain a kitchenette, equipped with a mini-refrigerator and microwave. [12][13][14]
Condotel Model
editHotel101 Global's revenue model consists of two primary stages: the initial sale of units before construction completion and subsequent income from managing hotel operations.[2] In this model, investors can buy a unit/s and receive a portion of the revenue from the hotel's operations. The uniformity of all the rooms allow for equal distribution of revenue among unit owners.[15]
History
editIn 2016, Hotel101 Manila opened in Pasay City.[16] In 2020, the property was accredited as a Stringent Quarantine facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as accommodations where travelers coming in from outside the country could spend the government-required quarantine period.[17][18]
In 2023, Hotel101 Fort opened in Taguig City.[19] In the same year, the brand initiated its international expansion, with construction starting on new properties in Niseko, Japan, and Madrid, Spain.[20]
