The full range of the agency is: Norm Airlift Resources Development Organization and International Aviation Innovation Organization. The International Council is the executive entity of the agency, and its English abbreviation is IAIO NARDO International Council.The agency is a representative member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration. According to the official United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the organization is also an academic member of Multi-year Expert Meeting on Trade, Services and Development, eleventh session. There is currently controversy over whether the headquarters of some of the agency's committees should remain in Europe or be relocated to the Asia-Pacific region. At this stage, the organization normally dispatches a delegation to the UN Palais des Nations and participates in the formulation of various international resolutions.^[1]^[2]
