The iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max are products in the iPhone line of smartphones made by Apple which are to be released sometime in September 2024. These phones are to be released operating with iOS 18, which is in the iOS line of software made by Apple.[1]

editiPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will come with larger screen sizes, 6.27" (15.9 cm) and 6.86" (17.4 cm), from 6.12" (15.5 cm) and 6.69" (17 cm), and they will feature a slightly taller aspect ratio, from 16.5:9 (11:6) to 16.6:9 (83:45).[2]
Colors
editThe iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models would come in four new different colors which would be Black Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium, and Gold Titanium. The Black Titanium color option is expected to look way more darker that looks identically similar to the Jet Black color option used on the iPhone 7. The Gold Titanium color option is also expected to replace the Blue Titanium color option used on the iPhone 15 Pro, with the Natural Titanium color option which will look more darker than last year's warm gray color option. The Natural Titanium color option will look more darker showing off the real dark gray.

editiPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max would have a 48-megapixel Ultra Wide lens, which allows improved images in low light. They will have the 48-megapixel camera on the wide lens, with four pixels combined together to create a super pixel for better image quality. The 48-megapixel wide-angle camera will also feature an eight-part hybrid lens, along with camera improvements. The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max could get periscope telephoto lenses by 2024. The regular 16 Pro will also get a 5x optical zoom, used on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The whole iPhone 16 lineup is expected to have a stacked rear sensor design, which is first introduced on the iPhone 15 models.
The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max would also feature a super telephoto periscope camera to get an increased optical zoom with a focal length of 300mm.[1]
Connectivity
editThe iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max could adopt WiFi 7 technology, which provides speeds of 3.0 gigabits per second, or maybe 40 Gb/s. Wifi 7 is also going to use 350 MHz channels with QAM technology, which is 2.4x faster than Wifi 6 with the same number of antennas. It will also provide faster transfer speeds, lower latency, and more reliably connectivity.[1]
Battery
editThe iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will feature a stacked battery technology, resulting in higher technology and longer lifespan.[1]
Cooling System
editThe iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will feature a vapor chamber cooling system technology to prevent iPhones from overheating quickly when it is in use. Initially, this would have been seen on the iPhone 14 Pro models as rumors showed before release on September 16, 2022.[3]
