editFaul was raised in Klerksdorp, South Africa. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from North-West University (NWU), where his research focused on stakeholder management strategies during mega-events. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA), with his thesis exploring the impact of multinational competitions on domestic stadium sponsorship in cricket.[1]
