James J. Fitzgerald III (born 1939)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from March 28, 2007 to January 2008.[2]
Received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1962 and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1966.[1]
