Jean-Joseph Lebrun, the President of Haiti's Court of Cassation (chief justice of the Supreme Court), is widely praised for his integrity, humility, and dedication to justice. Described as humble, wise, calm, and kind, he is highly respected both within and outside the legal community.
A Life Dedicated to Justice
Jean-Joseph Lebrun has spent 27 years in the Haitian judiciary. Colleagues and associates consistently highlight his fairness, impartiality, and unwavering commitment to upholding the law. Despite the challenges of working in a judiciary often plagued by corruption, Lebrun has maintained a spotless reputation.
Beyond the Bench
