Joe Wise is an american politician and business owner. He currently serves on the city commision in Johnson City, Tennessee. He was formerly the Mayor of Johnson City and County Commissioner of Washington County, Tennessee. He also owns Wise Property Solutions, a Homeowner association management company.

Early Life

Wise was born and raised in Mentor, Ohio. He attended Mentor High School. He later attended Milligan University^[1]
