Biography

Early Life and Education

John Hyland, also known as John Bird, was born in [Year] in Liverpool, England. He spent his early years in Liverpool before moving to Northern Ireland. Details about his early education and formative years remain private.

Career

Political Career

Hyland began his political career as a member of the Alliance Party in Northern Ireland. He was elected as a councillor for Mid and East Antrim Borough Council in Ballymena in May 2023. During his tenure, Hyland focused on community development and promoting diversity. However, he resigned a few months later to return to Liverpool due to personal circumstances (Belfast Live) (Ballymena Guardian).

In addition to his work in Northern Ireland, John Hyland is also actively involved with the Liberal Democrats in the UK. He is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the Liverpool Garston constituency in the upcoming elections (Northwest Lib Dems) (Wikipedia).
