editIn 2012, Weissman started the health-oriented food blog "Slim Palate".[8][9]
In 2014, Weissman published his first book, "The Slim Palate Paleo Cookbook", at 18 years old.[10]
In 2021, Weissman published his second cookbook, "An Unapologetic Cookbook", with 100 recipes.[11]
In 2023, Weissman published "Texture Over Taste", his third cookbook.[12]
Personal Life
editAs a teenager, Weissman was obese and frequently targeted by bullies. He spent several years working with nutritionists and doctors to lower his weight. Weissman eventually developed a paleo-centric diet, which was the focus of his first food blog, Slim Palate.[8][9]
